“First let me say that this place is absolutely beautiful, reminded me of my time in Florence. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Not only that, but the fettuccine al fungi was bussin' i have no other words to say but i would have devour another plate if offered.a beautiful family run business. would recommend to everyone and anyone. do stop by and enjoy their meals. I will return again to try the rest of the menu!! Tiramisu was heavenly. 10/10”

“We had the mushroom pasta. Pasta was fresh with arugula and a light sauce. Eggplant appetizer was very tasty. Quality ingredients and good sized portions. Service was excellent! I love this restaurant”

“Edoardo’s is a little slice of authentic Italian heaven, right in Long Island. A warm and delightful atmosphere., with some of the most incredible pastas and Italian outside of Italy. It’s family owned and run and you feel the love and joy in every bite. Great for date nights, pastries in the morning and takeout if you’re in a rush. 10/10 recommend!”

“Struggled with whether to write a review as I want to keep this place all to myself. Love everything about this new spot in Huntington that provides superior dishes over regular Italian. Fresh homemade pasta, homemade mozzarella, homemade desserts... The lemon pasta with shrimp was packed with flavor... Simply incredible. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. The serving size leaves you wanting more. Looking forward to our return.”

“Absolutely phenomenal!!! I'm a foodie and this place was a hidden gem! The fresh pasta is outstanding and everything is flavored so well. I even complemented the chef and the owner on the delicious sides - the side of spinach, while strange to review, was amazing! So flavorful with an amazing sea salt. Dessert was delicious as well. Can't wait to go back!!”

“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Immediately this is my favorite restaurant. Incredibly prepared dishes, Rock Star Chef Edoardo brings years of experience in Tribeca and Manhattan to our neck of the woods. My personal fav was the Fettucine al Fungi and my wife really loved the Penne alla Caprese. And the mini cheesecake - WOW! We can't wait to return and try the many, many other diverse offerings. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, excellent fast service with a smile. I highly recommend this wonderful new addition to the scene!”

“Family owned and operated, this gem of a place has delicious food and rustic ambiance. I had the salad with fresh mozzarella, penne ana caprese and linguini al limone shared with 2 people. Ingredients fresh and everything is homemade. Service was warm and relaxed. Will be back for more soon!!!”

“This place is a gem, for lunch, dinner or a quick coffee. I recently found out the owner is the same as the now closed Cafe Capri in Tribeca, which was a phenomenal neighborhood spot. The pastas are incredibly fresh and made in house. The sandwiches are some of the best I’ve had, and the desserts are all delicious. The vibe is straight out of Italy and the owner and staff are very welcoming. Very happy to have this spot in Huntington.”

“Got us in the mood for our next trip to northern Italy. Romantic, warm atmosphere and service(not rushed). We lingered over a bottle of wine and had a great meal, sharing each dish - fusilli with summer squash, creamy pecorino sauce, touch of mint, pillows of gnocchi topped with short ribs, and a meaty pork chop in creamy mushroom truffle sauce, hard to tell it wasn’t beef. All pastas home made, perfectly al dente. Finished with four small sfogliotti, also made in house, and amazing.”

“Went here on Valentine's day- the waiter and other staff were fantastic and attentive. The food was divine- desserts somehow even better? We did get the $60 truffle pasta, and I would do it again. And again. Make your reservation and try this spot out!”

It's family run and evident that they love what they do. Don't skip the tomato salad and any of the pasta dishes, which are all homemade and insanely delicious. Can't wait to return for another meal!”
